Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.. May God Bless you..

Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.”
Isa_7:14

Let us to-day go down to Bethlehem, and in company with wondering shepherds and adoring Magi, let us see him who was born King of the Jews, for we by faith can claim an interest in him, and can sing, “Unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given.” Jesus is Jehovah incarnate, our Lord and our God, and yet our brother and friend; let us adore and admire. Let us notice at the very first glance his miraculous conception. It was a thing unheard of before, and unparalleled since, that a virgin should conceive and bear a Son. The first promise ran thus, “The seed of the woman,” not the offspring of the man. Since venturous woman led the way in the sin which brought forth Paradise lost, she, and she alone, ushers in the Regainer of Paradise.

Our Saviour, although truly man, was as to his human nature the Holy One of God. Let us reverently bow before the holy Child whose innocence restores to manhood its ancient glory; and let us pray that he may be formed in us, the hope of glory. Fail not to note his humble parentage. His mother has been described simply as “a virgin,” not a princess, or prophetess, nor a matron of large estate. True the blood of kings ran in her veins; nor was her mind a weak and untaught one, for she could sing most sweetly a song of praise; but yet how humble her position, how poor the man to whom she stood affianced, and how miserable the accommodation afforded to the new-born King!
Immanuel, God with us in our nature, in our sorrow, in our lifework, in our punishment, in our grave, and now with us, or rather we with him, in resurrection, ascension, triumph, and Second Advent splendour.

Christmas & New year Message :

How to become Born Again!

Send Christmas and New Year e-greetings

Jesus said you must be born from above. You need to have a spiritual experience with God. You can't see the wind but you can see what it does. You can't see the Spirit living in a person, but you can see His effect on people. Becoming Born Again begins when you decide to believe in God and then trust Him with your life. We begin with a decision and start with a prayer. What follows is a visible change in the life of the one who is now born again. Most of the above are some of the signs that the Lord has come into your life. Only you and God can really know if you have given your life to the Lord. We may see the effect of the Holy Spirit in a person's life. It is an inner decision that leads to a public life lived for the Lord. Coming to church, baptism, singing the hymns, loving the Lord, and loving people as Jesus did are the visible signs that a change has taken place in your life. Have you made that personal decision to follow the Lord? Would you make that decision today? Become a member of the family of God today. Would you give your life to Him? He gave His life on the cross for you. He first loved you. Would you love him?

Christmas Song : You Must Be Born Again
UNKNOWN
Long ago, I didn't know nothing about Jesus and His love
I had heard about Him, but I had never felt
this manna which comes down from above
In this life of sin I could no longer stand
I asked my mother how do you get to know the man
She said you must be, don't you see you've got to be ....Born again
You must have that fire and Holy Ghost
that Burning churning keeps the prayer wheel turning
The kind of religion you cannot conceal
It makes you move, makes you shout,
Makes you cry when it's real
I've got my hand right in the windin' chain
My souls been anchored in my Jesus' name
I'm filled within, I've free from sin
You know I've been born again
I started to walk, I had a new walk
I started to talk, I had a new talk
I looked at my hands, my hands looked new
I looked at my feet and they did too
I've got my hand right in the windin' chain
My souls been anchored in my Jesus' name
I'm filled within, I've free from sin
You know I've been born again

Christmas Prayer
Our Father, we thank Thee for the Gospel that is so simple. From the words of the Lord Jesus Christ, three times He says: 'Ye must be born-again. For except a man be born-again, he cannot see the kingdom of God'. Lord, there are people dead in their sin, and they know it. Lord, they need to be born not of the flesh - they've been born of the flesh and it's done them no good - but they need to be born of the Spirit. Lord, only Thou canst do that this moment. We pray that Thou wilt come, dear God the Holy Spirit, and save men and women in this place this moment. So we ask Thy blessing now as we go our separate ways, and pray that none will leave this site without knowing Christ as their Saviour - for it's in His name we pray. Amen.

JOH 3:7 I (Jesus Christ ) said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

God came in to this world to bring us the gift of salvation. In fact, He was the Gift! Since the day He was born, Jesus has been knocking on doors throughout the generations, among every culture and people. He longs to find a home--a dwelling place-- in the hearts of people who will simply believe.

Yes, Christmas is a time to celebrate...to rejoice... not only in the miracle of Christ's birth, but with even deeper joy we celebrate the miracle of His being born into our lives, making His home in our hearts.

To you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ, the Lord. (Luke 2:11)

Jesus Christ is born! The Lord, the sovereign God of all the universe, has bent the heavens and come down to live among us, as human as we are. While we were busy with other things, Jesus Christ--the Lord--has been born into our world.

"A shoot will come out from the stump of Jesse," Isaiah prophesies, "and a branch will grow out of his roots. The spirit of the Lord will rest upon him." That shoot--that branch--is the Lord Jesus Christ who was born among us nearly two thousand years ago. It is also the Lord Jesus Christ who can be born within each of us today--at this very moment. It is "the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord."

This is the new growth that can come from the desolation we often face in our lives. Our forest may be clear cut, but it is not dead. Our spiritual roots are still alive, reaching out for life-giving water and nourishment so that we can begin healing and growing again. A new spirit of wisdom and understanding grows in us--wisdom that we used to have no room for in the dense thickets of our busy lives.

When Jesus Christ is born in our lives, he kills the anger we feel when we do not get our own way. The Lord kills the jealousy we feel when we see someone who is richer or more beautiful or luckier than we are. The Lord kills our desire to get more for ourselves through dishonest practices; our unfriendliness toward people who do not think the way we do.

"Righteousness will be the belt around his waist, and faithfulness the belt around his loins." As this new righteousness and faithfulness from the Lord grows stronger and stronger in our lives, it gradually clears away all the wickedness in us--all that is wrong and hurtful inside of us. We may still face the same pain and the same struggles, but we will face them with a new and stronger spirit.

"Then the wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the kid, the calf and the lion and the fatling together, and a little child will lead them." When the Lord Jesus Christ is born and grows in our lives, we face our struggles with a new spirit of love and trust in the Lord.

When the knowledge, the peace, the love of the Lord have been born in our hearts, our outward hardships become tame.

This is what Christmas means. This is the truly good news that we celebrate on Christmas day. The news that Jesus Christ is born, not just into our world, but into our own hearts and lives. The news that our tears of hardship and pain can be transformed through the Lord's presence into tears of joy. "The angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid; for see--I am bringing you good news of great joy for all the people: to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.' " Amen.

The Message of the Law: Be Loving

"Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?" Jesus said to him, " 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets." (Mat_22:36-40)

In His response to the question, Jesus supplies another summary of the message of the law of God: be loving. "Love the Lord your God . . . love your neighbor." Jesus then revealed that "On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets." Every command in the law of God is related to one of these two commandments.

"Love the Lord your God." The primary demand of the law is an all-out love relationship with the Lord God Almighty. God is to be loved "all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind." From the depths of our being, love is to be flowing out toward the Lord. In every expression of our personality, love is to be poured out toward God. In every thought that occurs in our minds, love for God is to be the motivation and the content. Any aspect of life that does not indicate a comprehensive, unrestricted love toward God is in violation of His law.

"Love your neighbor." The secondary demand of God's law is an unselfish love toward every other person. We are to love others as ourselves. Some have wrongly used this phrase to urge people to obey an imaginary third commandment: "We need to learn to love ourselves"?! No, Jesus said there are only two commandments here. This second one is a call to give others the consideration and care that we all have given to ourselves all of our lives. Jesus later intensified this second command by saying, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you" (Joh_13:34).

The message of God's law is: be loving. Love God fully. Love others sacrificially.
Dear Lord God, I bow before You as the God of infinite love. I have come to love You, because You first loved me. Yet, my love for You is so feeble in light of what You deserve and what You command. O Lord, my love for others is so often diminished by my own selfishness. I humbly ask that You would work in me a more profound love for You and a more selfless love for others, in Jesus name, Amen.
